Food was good and I think the pricing wasn't too bad given the amount of food / size of the pancakes. I got the cinnamon roll pancakes. They were tasty.. however, the description on the menu didn't really match what I received. It said a cinnamon swirl infused topped with icing.. but what I got was a cinnamon sugar ..spread? Just placed on the top pancake. No icing. The Hawaiian mimosa was plain. What was Hawaiian about it lol?? On my LAST sip, I got a hint of some kind of flavoring. Berrys were thrown in the glass, but chopped mangos and/or pineapple would be a more fitting choice. Wouldn't order that flavor again. My server Hendo was great. Nice, friendly and attentive! It was packed, decent amount of seating.. but on a busy day you will have to wait. My main issue was that upon arrival, it took a while for anyone to greet me or say someone will be right with me. Plenty of workers looked at me but kept it moving. I was close to walking out, but a server (maybe Hendo actually), told me he would grab the hostess. She was nice when she came to the stand. I would come here again..!
This brunch spot is very popular! Be prepared to wait if you want to dine here. Only open until 2pm everyday except for Wednesday's. Parking is limited here so try to arrive with enough time to find parking around the perimeter. This cafe is decorated cute, there's plenty of seating inside, and service is ok. I expected more friendly servers, but they all seemed timid. I think because it was so busy they weren't as attentive, and they also didn't really give us creamers for our coffees. I also noticed the cafe wasn't as clean and the coffee cups were either stained or dirty, not sure. I really enjoyed the food, I ordered the Mexican waffle combo and the waffle was so delicious!!! I want to go back and order it AGAIN!! I really enjoyed eating here, and I will recommend it to everyone going forward.
We came at 11:30 on a Saturday to do brunch and saw that there were some people waiting outside. When we came in they asked if we were on the waitlist, said no, and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. No big deal, we went outside to wait, and were texted that our table was ready even before the 30 minutes were up. You will have to stand outside to wait, and parking can be a bit tricky when it's packed. A cute and small place, with a bar in the middle. We were sat next to the bathrooms and felt like we had enough privacy to have a conversation but still be engrossed in the atmosphere with other diners. Hip hop and trendy music was playing, with mimosa towers on every other table, so definitely a place for younger people. Service was pretty good - our waiter checked on us maybe twice, refilled our waters, and brought us the check after saying he would after about two passes by our table. Once we ordered our food it came pretty quickly, about 5 minutes and piping hot. I ordered the Meat Lovers big breakfast, which was like a scramble bowl. Delicious and filling, could use a bit more flavor, but was pretty good. I also ordered the cotton candy mimosa, and while good, could have been bigger for $7.50. My friend got the Cinnamon Roll pancake (because unfortunately the French toast version was sold out) but she also said it was really good. Overall, service and food speed were the highlights. A solid brunch place to go to, but probably not my first choice.
The food was delicious, but the service could have been better. We stopped by on a busy Saturday and waited 45 minutes for a table, though our food arrived quickly after ordering. We tried the chocolate waffle, steak tips, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and a mimosa flight. The restaurant was definitely popular with the younger crowd, and overall, we enjoyed our meal. However, the waffle was a bit soggy, and the mimosas were too sweet--they could have used more champagne. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was huge and very filling. While our food was delivered promptly, we had to wait for silverware and experienced a long delay for our mimosas.
I recommend this place! They had friendly staff, the food came out quickly, and the music was nice. I will be coming back!
